127. Effect of death or insolvency of a recorded breeder

127.1 This Rule applies to Rules 123 (Breeders' prizes) and 128A - C (British Owners and Breeders Incentive Scheme) in the event of

127.1.1 the death or bankruptcy of a recorded breeder, or
127.1.2 if the recorded breeder is a body corporate, the commencement of a liquidation, the appointment of a receiver or the presentation of an administration order, and, in this Rule, these are referred to as relevant events.

127.2 Where an application under Rule 124 or 128B.1 was received before a relevant event, the registration of the horse shall validate any subsequent success by that horse.
127.3 But, unless Rule 128 applies, no other horse in respect of which the recorded breeder could have made an application before the relevant event occurred shall be registered under the Scheme if such an application is made by or on behalf of

127.3.1 an executor or personal representative of the deceased, or
127.3.2 any liquidator, receiver or administrative receiver.
